Pawprints Left by You

After an unsuccessful emergency surgery today, we had to say our final goodbyes to our beloved Siberian male, Gabriel Gideon. Gabriel was a bright spot in our lives and the lives of many other people. He was always friendly, always playful, always happy, and always made people smile. Gabriel had a very sweet, loving personality and brought happiness with him wherever he went. He was also very smart and had just the right amount of mischievousness to keep our lives interesting and fun.

Gabriel’s cat show successes were too numerous to mention, but he definitely took the cat show world by storm, beginning with winning 2nd Best Kitten in Show in his very first cat show at only 4 months of age and ending with spending an entire year as the Best Siberian in Premiership and 2nd Best Siberian in Premiership in the entire USA. Gabriel’s favorite activity was to play outside in raging snowstorms, so think of him fondly when it is storming outside and know that he is sending his love from afar.

We are shocked and devastated that our time with Gabriel is over so soon and we will miss him very much. But we have a lot of happy memories of Gabriel that will eventually make us smile again. We will always love you, Gabriel! Thank you for the wonderful years that we spent together.
